Aakos™ Trademark & Brand Usage Guidelines

Aakos™ is a division of B Circular.

The Aakos™ name and associated marks represent proprietary apparel systems, manufacturing frameworks, and integrated traceability infrastructure. Proper use of Aakos™ trademarks protects the integrity of the brand and ensures accurate representation.

These guidelines explain how Aakos™ trademarks may be used.

 

Proper Use of Aakos™

When referencing Aakos™, please follow these rules:

  • Always use the correct spelling and capitalization: Aakos™

  • Include the ™ symbol on first reference in formal materials

  • Use Aakos™ only as an adjective, not a noun

Correct example:
“Aakos™ performance apparel”

Incorrect examples:
“Aakos apparel systems™”
“Aakos manufacturing™”
Using Aakos as a standalone product name

 

Logo Usage

The Aakos™ logo may not be altered in any way.

You may not:

  • Modify proportions

  • Change colors

  • Add graphic elements

  • Rotate or distort the mark

  • Place it over cluttered backgrounds

Only official logo files provided by Aakos™ may be used.

 

EcoFabricTrace™ and Arcflex™ References

EcoFabricTrace™ and Arcflex™ are proprietary division of B Circular.

These marks may be referenced only when:

  • Officially integrated within approved Aakos™ products

  • Accurate documentation supports the claim

  • Written authorization has been granted

Do not:

  • Create derivative marks

  • Use these names generically

  • Imply certification without approval

 

No Implied Endorsement

Use of Aakos™, EcoFabricTrace™, Arcflex™, or B Circular does not imply:

  • Partnership

  • Ownership

  • Endorsement

  • Certification

Unless explicitly authorized in writing.

 

Certification & Compliance Claims

If referencing standards such as AS/NZS 4602.1:2024 or other certifications:

  • Claims must be accurate

  • Documentation must be available upon request

  • No broader compliance claims may be implied

If you wish to use Aakos™ trademarks in marketing materials, packaging, labeling, or public communications, please submit a Brand Use Request prior to publication.
